When tensions, misunderstandings, or hidden conflicts make collaboration difficult, not only the atmosphere suffers, but also the team's ability to work effectively.

Team coaching provides a structured framework to clarify together what often gets no space in everyday work.

It's not about team-building events or motivational training, but about factual, honest clarification.

When Team Coaching Makes Sense

For example, when:

- Conflicts remain unspoken
- Roles and responsibilities are unclear
- Coordination is not functioning
- Changes create uncertainty or resistance
- Collaboration stagnates despite everything being technically clear
- New order is needed after personnel changes or restructuring

How I Work
Team coaching is a facilitated clarification process.
I provide the structure and create a framework in which open, respectful, and solution-oriented conversations can take place.

In doing so, I work:
• impartially and independently
• with clear conversational guidance
• with attention to both issues and dynamics
• without assigning blame
• without imposing quick fixes
The goal for the team is to become productive again – with greater clarity about expectations, responsibilities, and collaboration.

Typical Procedure
1. Preliminary Discussion with the Manager / Client
Clarification of purpose, objectives, and framework conditions.
2. Team Meeting(s)
Structured collaborative work on the relevant topics.
Openness is encouraged, but not enforced.
3. Securing the Results
Agreements that are sustainable in daily work.

Scope and duration depend on the situation and team size.

Role of the Leader
The leader remains responsible.
Team coaching does not replace leadership but helps to restore clarity and effectiveness within the team.

• Clear clarification of objectives before starting
• Coaching for teams: €930 plus VAT for 1 day (6 hours)
